BASH EVENT OVERVIEW Video

Mission Focused Fundraising & Ways to Support the ADF & the Bash

The American Disabilities Foundation relies on the generous donations by our supporters, donors, & contributors. We are blessed by the many donors and contributors every year to make the Bash possible and successful.

Now, we are expanding the work of the Foundation and look to grow our programming beyond the Bash. This is part of our new approach with new campaigns to help sustain the nonprofit beyond the event itself annually.

The Bash is not just about a fun day for our disabled community…

…it is about changing lives. We must strongly communicate this distinction with our words, images, events, and even our messaging structure! Everything about the Bash focuses on how donations impact the lives of the disabled in our community.

This is extremely critical when enlisting the involvement of community leaders. The Bash can produce significant dollars and create volunteer & board prospects. These two benefits make it very appealing. The Bash should be presented as a vehicle to involve large numbers of community members in support for our cause, children and families and caregivers whose lives are changed by the presence of caring adults and an engaged community.

"From the first Bash my daughter and I attended, we were encircled in warmth, love, happiness and a sense of belonging."
